As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Requirements of the Role

• Strong oral and written communications skills (both English and Spanish).
• A college diploma or university degree in the field of marketing or communications with digital administration experience.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills, proficient with office and other business software and tools to develop and communicate content
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft SharePoint.
• Technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to rapidly master new software technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.
• Professional and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
