孵化, a full-service consultancy, is currently seeking a highly motivated Process Mechanical Engineer to join the Infrastructure, Water group in Mississauga.
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Lead or support design and construction support tasks of wastewater and water pumping station, water and wastewater treatment plants and other related facilities engineering assignments.
- Work with project managers to ensure that the projects meet with the budget and schedule as well as quality.
- Participate regularly in project meetings with the client and the project team, demonstrating technical and project management skills.
- Analyze client technical specifications and requirements in terms of engineering principles and technology requirements.
- Generate, review, and take responsibility for contract documents and specifications primarily as they relate to process mechanical requirements.
- Interact with core discipline teams (structural, electrical, controls, process), as well as internal and external clients to coordinate and achieve project objectives in a timely manner.
- Perform and display responsibilities for other related activities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
You bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience specializing in wastewater treatment process mechanical design.
- Registered as Professional Engineer with PEO or eligible to obtain is required.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in developing drawings and specifications for the areas of process mechanical, process and instrumentation diagrams, equipment selection, site plans and general arrangement drawings, etc.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
